WINE NOTES
100% Organically grown at over 3000 Feet above sea level in Mendoza, Argentina on the Caligiore Estate Vineyards. This wine was produced from “old vine” Malbec (75+ year old vineyards) by the Saignée method of bleeding the free run Malbec juice. Our first rosé in the Symphony Series, Pianissimo is a musical term that donates playing music in soft and light style. Enjoy this bright wine with friends chilled on the deck for a delicious treat!
