Journey North from the city of Rome through the hills of Tuscany towards the mountains of the Alps and you will find a region draped in history, Pidemonte! Marquee Selections is proud to present to you Quattro Leoni, hand-picked estate wines from the hills of the Gabiano DOC in Piedmont, created with partner winery Castello Di Gabiano. The history and heritage of this great family has a winemaking tradition that dates back centuries and wines with true depth of character. We offer you two selections, a delightful white wine made of Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and the Cortese grapes from the DOC Monferrato Bianco and a red wine made from 100% Barbera, the DOC Barbera D'Asti. All wines produced are of a DOC status and Gabiano itself covers one of the oldest and smallest DOC's in all of Italy. The estate itself covers over 260 Hectares of which 20 Hectares are currently planted as vineyards. All of the Quattro Leoni wines are hand-picked, estate-grown wines from the Gabiano vineyards.
