WINE NOTES
Produced and bottled with partner X Winery from Napa, California we are pleased to showcase our first vintage of “Classy”. This joint effort is a blend of fruit from two vineyards (Syler & Shannon) in Lake County that are very close to Clear Lake, the largest “natural lake” in California. The proximity to the lake helps regulate the extreme temperatures of the region and are accentuated by the cool growing season of 2006. 100% stainless steel fermenation.
